SHIPPING POLICY
WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
You can choose from the 3 shipping options below:
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE! Worry no more about the high costs of international delivery.
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping for your artwork + Value Shipping Protection Insurance. You will see the insurance costs at checkout.
- Premium Shipping: Expedited shipping + Value Shipping Protection Insurance + Shipping with frame. Please contact us for specific costs and details.
For Standard Shipping, you will see the total costs at checkout. There are no hidden costs. What you see is what you pay for. Furthermore, “Delivery by Artist” is a special service we offer for our collectors. If circumstances is permissible, you can opt for this option to have your artwork delivered by the original creator. Just check with us to see if this options available for you!
All artworks are ready to ship. The estimated time arrival for your artworks is depending on where you are and where the artists are. Because the artworks are coming to you directly from the artists’ studios. If you are situated within Peninsular Malaysia, shipping times usually vary between 3-6 working days. If you are situated in East Malaysia or outside of Malaysia, shipping time takes 10-15 working days on average.
For international shipping, we will roll up the painting before we ship. By rolling the canvases, you can keep your artworks safe from damage during transit. We offer Free Shipping Worldwide, and this only applies to rolled up paintings. If you like to ship with frame or enjoy expedited shipping, please let us know and we will get that sorted for you.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the artwork you purchased, you have the option of returning it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (i.e. 7 days from receiving). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). Please read our Refunds and Returns Policy for more information. Take note that commissioned paintings were made individually according to customer wishes and specifications, which is why they are excluded from the Refunds and Returns Policy
Within Klang Valley, shipping is completely free. The price you see on the checkout is all inclusive and there are no additional costs required, unless you opt for the Value Shipping Protection Insurance (“VSPI”) which you will see on the checkout. Read more about VSPI in our FAQ.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
If you are situated outside Klang Valley or Malaysia, additional shipping options can be add to the checkout once you have selected the destination. This cost includes delivery to door. You can opt for the VSPI on checkout to get your artwork insured during transit.
If it is international shipping, you shall be responsible for the international custom/import fee and/or taxed which vary with every country. Please check with your country’s customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, as well as an email directly from Artroom 22, to the email address you have specified in your registered account on Artroom 22 website. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within 24 hours of ordering.
DELIVERY OF ARTWORK
We will attempt to have your artwork sent by the artist and associated freight provider within five (5) business days; and delivered within fourteen (14) business days (please allow longer for rural areas). An email will be sent to you about the shipping of the artwork.
