7-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want you to love your new masterpiece. If you get your art home and don’t fall in love with it, we have got you covered. Our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to buy with confidence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You have seven (7) days from the time you receive an artwork to decide if you’d like to return it. If you decide to return your artwork, simply get in touch with us and we will make it happen. All you need to do is to repackage it in the original packaging, send us an email and we will make arrangement with you for the return shipping. For any return of artwork, you shall assume the cost of return shipping. The artwork must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping carrier, and the tracking information must be provided to Artroom 22.

ARTROOM 22’S RESPONSIBILITY

Upon processing your return, we shall issue a full refund for your purchase. Refund will be made to your registered account on Artroom 22 website via the same value of Starlight Points. Artroom 22 reserves the right to extend the returns period to fourteen (14) days for any scenarios where we see fit.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

If any artwork is damaged during transit due to courier, the freight provider shall assume the liability. However, you can opt for the Value Shipping Protection Insurance (“VSPI”) during checkout to have your artwork fully insured during transit. Read more about the VSPI in Shipping and our FAQ.
