All artworks are ready to ship. The estimated time arrival for your artworks is depending on where you are and where the artists are. Because the artworks are coming to you directly from the artists’ studios.
If you are situated within Peninsular Malaysia, shipping times usually vary between 3-6 working days. If you are situated in East Malaysia or outside of Malaysia, shipping time takes 10-15 working days on average.
Just check with us (on live chat / WhatsApp / Email) with the artwork you are looking at. We can give you a closer, more accurate estimate.
If you like to have a same or next day delivery, please contact us. We can then talk to the artists to get it dispatched immediately.

Step 2: Quote & Pricing
We will get you a quote for the cost and time to create the artwork you want. The quote you receive will be for an artwork that is delivered to your doorstep, anywhere in the world, because we offer Free Shipping Worldwide.
Step 3: Getting started
Once you are happy with the quote and the proposed artwork (in some cases), it is time to kick start your masterpiece! A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is to be paid for this process to commence.
Step 4: Completing
Once the artwork is near to completion, we will share photos of the artworks for your approval. You can submit one round of changes, suggestions or tweaks if necessary. Then, when you are happy with the artwork, it will be available for you to purchase on Artroom 22. You only have to pay the remaining 50% balance. After that, we carefully deliver the artwork to your home or office.
Step 5: Done!

- Standard Shipping: Free shipping for your artwork + Value Shipping Protection Insurance. You will see the insurance costs at checkout.
- Premium Shipping: Expedited shipping + Value Shipping Protection Insurance + Shipping with frame. Please contact us for specific costs and details.
For Standard Shipping, you will see the total costs at checkout. There are no hidden costs. What you see is what you pay for. Furthermore, “Delivery by Artist” is a special service we offer for our collectors. If circumstances is permissible, you can opt for this option to have your artwork delivered by the original creator. Just check with us to see if this options available for you!

Yes, provided that you are situated within the same location with/nearby the artist.
For international shipping, we will roll up the painting before we ship. By rolling the canvases, you can keep your artworks safe from damage during transit. We offer Free Shipping Worldwide, and this only applies to rolled-up paintings.
In any case, if you like to ship with frame or enjoy expedited shipping, please let us know and we are happy to get that sorted for you.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the artwork you purchased, you have the option of returning it to us according to the deadlines outlined in our terms and conditions (i.e. 7 days from receiving). To do so, simply contact our customer service (e.g. by e-mail or phone). Please read our Refunds and Returns Policy for more information. Yes, we do ship internationally. We use FedEx and DHL for shipping original artworks to almost anywhere in the world!
We offer free shipping worldwide. However, if you opt for Standard Shipping or Premium Shipping, International shipping amount and insurance costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total.
International shipping times vary between 10-15 working days depending on the location once the artworks are dispatched from the artists.
Import duties and taxes vary based on country’s policies and the cost of the artwork. The receiver will be responsible for the international custom/import fees and taxes which vary with every country. Please check with your country’s customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved.

We receive all kind of creative submissions, such as hand painted paintings, sketches, visual photographs, handmade crafts, sculptures, jewellery, furnitures, etc. So long as they are original.
Artroom 22 is a home for Asian artists. We welcome portfolio submissions from all talented artists at all stages of their art careers. If you are an artist originated or established in Asia, then you are the one!
Artroom 22 offers artists the opportunity to present their work to a wide range of national and international art collectors. This will benefit artists who would like to promote their work and advance their careers.
